Franklin, Sandra Jane - (nee Thomas) – Passed away quietly at St. Michael’s in Toronto on Monday, March 4, 2019. Sandra in her 75th year, is the beloved wife of Douglas Franklin in their 55th year of marriage. Loving mother of Lisa Tupala (Rod), Julie Henry (Scott), and Sean Mooney (Mark Cameron). Cherished Nana of Jessica, Ethan, Sam, Lily, Ava and Thomas. Dear sister of the late Sally Mooney. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and sorority sisters (ΒΣΦ). As per Sandra’s wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service for close friends and family will take place at Cambridge Street United Church on Saturday, March 9th at 2:00p.m. If desired, a memorial donation to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes or Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
